Put one drop of each oil on one facial tissue, cup between your hands and inhale deeply. This should help you regain your balance.

I just tried these oils in our Unscented Body Shampoo http://bluebasins.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=247 and it was great! I used 1 tbls of our unscented body shampoo with 3 drops of Geranium, 1 drop of Rose and 1 drop of Clary Sage essential oils. Try it out, it’s great!
